Just wondering if anybody has heard VSP packages being offered. I'm gotten interest from other companies and don't want to miss out on a good exit package.

@2fkm - Layoffs by and large only impact those grade9 and below. Directors, PEs and VPs simply move to a different org once their group closes.
NDG VPs are still around even though most of the org is gone.
ICDG management also landed in different org after years of failure. Corp strategy looks like a refugee camp for icdg rejects, supposedly to help with the olympics project!!!
@1gqg - Yes, stealth redeployment/layoffs have been happening in selected groups since April this year.
I know they are offering to selected people. They do it silently to avoid the big mess of last year.

The days of Intel offering packages are over with. They have found other methods to get rid of people. You should of jumped on the train last year when they were offering it.
Just go ahead and quit. This way you can prevent somebody else from being laid off.
