What you have to decide is are you going to be smart and start looking for another job and leave before the final showdown or are you going to wait and pray you get some sort of severance package and then look for another job? The decision is yours and the consequences will fall on you. There is nothing you can do to change Molina's future but there is plenty you can do to secure yours. It is what it is. Move forward and don't look back. Why drag this out any longer. You have a responsibility to protect your own future and going down with a sinking ship accomplishes nothing. What I would like to be reading here are comments from people who have stood up, reclaimed their motivation to succeed and are writing to say they are done, they have left, they are not going to waste anymore time or energy on Molina. It's time to move forward!

Not fake news, regardless of the email. They are protecting their own interests, not ours. Don't be foolish and buy into their crap, and then wonder where your job went next winter. The people who have talked about WI closing are not being rude or dishonest like those posting against them. They posted to help you open your eyes and see things for what they really are and look for a different place of employment of having a job is important to you. If it's not, and you can afford to ride it out and be unemployed at the end, then no worries. But for the rest of us, knowing the truth and acting on it is important and we want other's to have the opportunity to know the truth and make an informed decision.

I totally agree, very well said. I had to make that decision myself and I am glad I made the decision to move forward instead of waiting for Molina to decide my future. Sometimes people are fearful but I would encourage you to take that leap, you might be surprised at 80 what doors open up for you.
