I know the higher ups read this site so please STOP stringing us along. We need to apply for jobs and go on interviews. I have lost so much productivity and tolerance. THIS IS NOT HELPING GET YOUR DISENROLLMENT LISTS AND HEDIS COMPLETED... OH AND THE ADDITION OF THE CHRONIC CONDITIONS SURVEY... TRUST ME!

Oh the take 10 thing. What a joke. No amount of stretching or drinking water is going to fix this. Besides I don't have enough time to pee like that. Thats only for every other dept at Humana that is not restructuring. Here's my version. One day a week after work take as long as you want...not 10 minutes...to drink lots of wine with your friends and forget about Humana.
Morale is down the toilet. Members feel hounded by surveys. PHC's are in the s----y position of calling members who don't want to be called, asking questions they don't want to be asked, for a company that has made it clear that their "work no longer adds value" by hanging imminent layoffs over our heads. But hey folks, "take ten for yourself!"
Oh I'm not waiting trust me, my resume has been rewritten and I have been looking for some time. I just think it is crazy for them to think employees can continue to be productive.
B R E A T H E. Humana does not own you. Take back your power. Don't wait on them to decide your fate. Start looking for jobs now, freshen up that resume, write out a basic CV. It's not even too late to take a college class if you need it. Or don't need it. Take a golf class or pottery class just for the adventure. Go have fun. I stopped letting Humana and the anxiety rule my life. Yes, this is ridiculous and it s---s. Maybe it's tomorrow...maybe 3 months from now. The easy thing is to hide in your house and wait for the world to crash down. Its hard some days but I choose to be happy and live my life and you should too.
They need to chill out on these surveys. Members have stopped answering the phone. I had one yell "this is nothing but an information grab!" and hang up. I used to never have hang ups.
