As for us sitting on our behinds in optical, take much closer look at what areas bring in the most profit.
Sams pays nothing for hearing aid center employees, they only buy the inventory. GSM walker pays the AuDs and Specialists
You should probably do a little research and see what the Hearing Aid and Optical departments add to your yearly Sam's share before you complain about them "sitting on their behinds". Smdh.

Instead of Audit, they should have eliminated Optical, Hearing Aid and Floral Departments. These people spend all their time on their behinds. How much payroll do we waste here? Maybe just a matter of time. We are almost having inventory, wish us luck.
