Few business leaders would wish to be associated with Trump, a Nazi / Putin / Erdogan sympathizer. The CEOs that remain become photo op stooges for councils that have yet to meet, much less do anything, and the majority probably abhor the idea of being connected with Trump, but are too spineless to exit holding hands with the orange Satan.
