If an invention is approved by a committee for filing while you are still an employee, you get the filing award, even if it is actually filed after you leave. If an application is allowed by the USPTO while you are still an employee, you get the issue award, even if the patent issues after you leave.

If all the inventors are gone and the CPOL submission hasn't been approved, it's most likely going to be scrapped by the CPOL reviewers since there are no authors to answer questions.
If it's been submitted to the USPTO, then it could get approved, but you won't get an award. Cisco still keeps the patent, your name is still an inventor, but you get none of the rewards. It's still a good resume builder and you can check the status on google's patent site or the USPTO site.
You might be able to negotiate for payment if you agree to continue to cooperate with them in patent process.
