For those still asking the question about transfers - no resource will be allowed to transfer positions until layoff are completely done. At this point, pretty much all open positions are to be considered as on-hold and may certainly be closed if they are not aligned with Molina's newly designed organizational structure.

Seems to me that in the process of a restructure that they may transfer many people to different departments/ positions and only layoff those that cannot be transferred d/t lack of depth or qualifications. ( at least on the ground level) it does not make sense for a company to lay off GOOD employees that are qualified to fill the need for restructured positions.
