After making more than 70 dis-enrollment/graduation calls over the past three days, this is what I've come to realize: If I do get laid off this month, I know that I can leave with my head held high. I know that the individuals I have spoken with regularly for more than three years have valued and appreciated my care and concern for them. I know that the relationships I cultivated with these people are the cornerstone of care management and nothing can truly be accomplished without that connection. If success was measured solely in retention of relationships--hence Humana policy holders--then I have excelled. I am a PHC rock star!

PHC"s are some of the best people at humana. They work hard and put their soul into their work. I have been honored to work with you.
I couldn't agree more and am happy that they gave us sokenyo to call! Only thing that rubs me the wrong way is another team is calling who knows how many of our mbrs to also disenroll/graduate them. Most I have been working with for 3 years and wish they would just let us call everyone. Rather than some random person calling after 3 years to say okay you're graduating have a great life!
Congratulations and I know your members appreciated the personal touch!
I agree. So glad you were able to transition your members. It means a lot to our members
