Can we just use present day english so as not to exasperate present day frustations?
Yes, layoffs usually occur on a payday or the day prior.
Layoffs usually happen on a payday or the day before (Thuraday). I don't have details on the who- but if a few meeting rooms are reserved on Thursday or Friday on your floor, something is probably going to happen.
It would be helpful if someone has the details of when the 2nd wave will occur? We've been told that it won't happen until September but it sounds like it will be sooner.
We all know it's coming. Any solid information would help. This post is just stressful. Is there a date? What Dept? Number of people affected?
