GC Services is a company that does outsourced Financial Services for Verizon Wireless. It used to be, places like Wilmington, Charleston, Schaumburg, and Franklin would handle CFS calls, but GC Services is now doing the work on the cheap down in Florida. At least GC is still in the US.
