I actually hope I'm getting ahead of myself here...but our computer, printer, aruba and Humana items? Do we have to ship them to Louisvulle or drop as the nearest office? Thanks............

When I left I got the labels on my last day. I was sent home to WAH with only a box for the computer but not the monitor. So I had to BUY my own box to ship it. Then when UPS picked up I also got charged more for shipping as the labels didn't cover it all. Well worth it to pay the extra 20 bucks to be rid of Humana forever but it just goes to show you that they never gave a ****. Haha. My unsolicited 2 cents - Get a box and ship it yourself - be done with it!!!

You didn't get your check because you didn't return your equipment. They should have emailed or shipped you labels. If you want your $ call and ask for the labels. Once you receive the labels you can call UPS to schedule a pick up or drop them off at UPS store. If you're within 50 miles you have to take them to the office.
Can I ask why you didn't receive severance? Your PTO should have been paid out with your last paycheck.
I was told that they would send a box with a shipping label and they would send UPS to pick the laptop up. I was terminated in April and the laptop is still in my dining room in the box waiting to be picked up; I am considering charging them rent since I received no severance and am still owned two weeks of PTO

I was in 1st round of layoffs and we got to keep our printers..I now have a nice laser printer hooked up to my laptop. They have a drop-off point in Hillsborough and of course the St. Pete office. So it depends where u live. Good luck to everyone...I finally found a good job one week before my severance ran out..but it was stressful. Good luck to everyone!!
If you live within 50 miles of an office you have to drive it in... if not they send you labels to ship it.
