Don't waste your time filling them out.. nothing will change. At all. Humana thinks this is a way to "hear" your voice and make improvements, but I've been here for years and nothing has changed! Just delete the email.

I have been honest on these surveys for years. It has never helped and I have not gotten into trouble. Supposedly, an outside company compiles the results and gives totals to Humana.

I can't help but feel that the survey is just someone filling in a check mark in a pile of to do's to keep corporate people happy. This isn't about the working force or what we want. I've been in my position 3 years and have come to the realization that Humana doesn't care about feelings. Is it guaranteed that the survey is confidential? It's another way to start filtering the next round of lay-offs. I'm not trying to be negative, but that is my view of this company after 3 years of employment. I don't like it, but the job serves my work from home needs.

Ha- if the past week doesn't honesty nothing will. But it seems to be just rhetoric. There really is no interest in how associates feel or how satisfied they are.
