I have read many posts about Sales Consulting..any insight as the impact on Oracle Consulting (OCS)?
the 800 people organization which nobody knows their actual function..!? ( with current high bench ratio )..

Oracle is not known to support anything unprofitable.
OCS work has always has been proportionate on-prem equipment of clients. While I don't have insider info, I would suspect that with in-prem footprint declining,it would be difficult to continue paying on bench folks for long.
