My guess if sears would invest into a good delivery system we as a company would make more money, our delivery folks here in Michigan are the worst in my book they cause more cancelation and or the most ticked off members. The amount of customers that call back to cancel their sales because the guys were rude, dirty, cared for nothing in their homes, just dropped the product off let it in the box , set it on the porch saying sorry they don't have time to put in the house, the list could go on.
SEARS CORPORATE pull your heads out of you butts get this fixed say the company millions in lost sales.
