All the while the lazy office dwellers like DM and higher even a sad excuse for a "College Expert" coordinator do nothing who only got job cuz her sister is way high up another lazy Greta Mohr. All day in office making useless tables and spreadsheets nobody doing the job gives two sh--s about. Sad sad these useless dead weights get to wake up tomorrow to another oh I might be late but I have coffee so who cares day while hundreds who have broken their backs for same company are kicked out like trash. Completely disgusted District and Regional wastes of payroll. Wake up share holders and cut those who really deserve it. Hashtag won't happen lazy corporate elite

Already looked into the WARN Act. Unfortunately you missed the part that states it only applies when 50 or more people WORKING AT THE SAME LOCATION are let go. BBB would not be so stupid to miss something so obvious.
There is a Federal Warn Law , if an employer has more than 100 employees. If an employer has a mass lay off of 500 or more employees they violated the WARN ACT. Employees are entitled to 60 day notice. "Penalties
An employer who violates the WARN Act provisions by ordering a plant closing or mass layoff without providing appropriate notice is liable to each aggrieved employee for an amount including back pay and benefits for the period of violation, up to 60 days. The employer's liability may be reduced by such items as wages paid by the employer to the employee during the period of the violation and voluntary and unconditional payments made by the employer to the employees.
An employer who fails to provide notice as required to a unit of local government is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 for each day of violation. This penalty may be avoided if the employer satisfies the liability to each aggrieved employee within three weeks after the closing or the employer orders the layoff.
Enforcement: The enforcement of WARN Act requirements occurs through the United States District Courts. Workers, their representatives and units of local government may bring individual or class action suits against employers believed to be in violation of the WARN Act. In any suit, the court, in its discretion, may allow the prevailing party a reasonable attorney's fee as part of the costs.
Lost my job yesterday....went thru a lot of different emotions.
19 yrs and the last 5 yrs the company changed so much and not in a good way
I'm thinking in a strange way they might of done me a favor, I wouldn't of left , I would of stayed and put up with the unreasonable expectations . Good luck to the ones that lost their jobs.
And good luck to the ones that remain
Lost my job it will not be the end of my world. Im not going to say is their lost, because they will continue to hire with little pay and work people like slaves. The top dogs got to get rid of the lazy people who cheat time. But thats who they kept. You have store managers that call out so much used their time but some how still have time to take off. Thats how you know is bs. Richer getting richer always.
Lol let's see the day those office wastes have to actually do some effing thing and run a store, answer the lame cheap phones, get off their useless asses. Ha ha not in my lifetime. Oh but their jobs are secure. Idiot shareholders u have zero idea what u just did. Hashtag cash out now
