Gross Management Mistakes

Yesterday a bunch of employees noticed a deposit into their accounts and when they questioned why they got money, no one including district staff would tell them why.

These people have worked for the company for up to 20 years and had to go home to tell their families they don't know if they will have a job anymore.

Everyone was absolutely devastated. Terrible way of going about everything BBB.

When I asked both District and Regional managers about the deposit I was given BS excuses. My DM couldn't even look me in the eye. Of course, that coward was also not present at my "get the eff out" meeting, Gutless, the whole lot of them.

It was handled horribly and then HR who wasn't even present during this had the balls to apologize for the deposits being made early. Personally they need to get their head out of their asses. This company will not make it much longer they spend money in stupid sh--ty companies.

This is how it went down.... it's a horrible way to handle it and it really s---s for everyone who was impacted. I don't understand why the regional staff wasn't targeted. They're not in the stores making money, they sit in an office all day sending emails.
