@yzp: Lets hope these next 1,000 heads come right from the top. It is the only thing left that can change the current trajectory. Doubtful however.
The huger games have pushed the very best back-stabbers and 'team players' up into that useless middle layer where they have become part of 'the club'. In that 'club', they look out for each other as they know their power lies in their network...not in their competence.
