Heard that ASMs will be eliminated in level 1 stores early next year. Most 2 and 3 stores will get at least 1. Each ARSM will have one floating store manager to cover manager vacations. SSR job will be drastically reduced and most won't be replaced as SSRs leave the company.

They're worthless anyway.
How bought small biz reps? Are those jobs still being cut? They launched the UP tool, pushed fleet complete in COR and even DTV in retail. Any ideas?
Definitely true for the SSR part.
SM3 stores with multiple SSR's are currently now over head count with them.
If a SM1 store loses one, they won't be replaced.
If a SM2 store has one, they might get replaced but with a current one maybe.
If a SM3 store has multiple, they will be reduced to 1 and the 2nd one will be shifted to a sm2 does is low.
They are doing the same thing they did back in 2007/8 when removed most SSR spots to open them up again in 2010 at lower wages.
