Today's May 30, was wondering if anyone has seen any 1-1 meetings set up for June?

If you have a 1:1 scheduled with your manager or second level manager recently booked for June 1st, that's the ballgame.
Hardware SEs in this case most likely means Hardware Sales Engineers, i.e technical people who go with Sales Reps to visit customers and make proposals.
They are well paid, and as the poster said, despite making their numbers, MH/LE love to blood let from this organization.

Yes. Hardware SEs . Our whole team has one-on-one meetings with our manager on June 1st. Odd thing is - we make our numbers and get nothing from PaaS or SaaS .

u only got notificaiton if you were part of WARN, most likely folks in CALI or in EU.
other places did not have to abide by WARN and so they just rif'ed willynilly.
in the past there were general rumors something would come down the pike when the hit happened, but then again there were always rumors, some less realistic than others.
so who the hell knows, if it's going to happen, it's going to happen, better prepare for the worst if you are worried.
Some previous postings were supposedly from Oracle employees that had been let go and they seemed to say it was immediate... on that day.
At other companies I have seen layoffs.... one I was part of and one I was not... and those were both immediate.... held a meeting with the appropriate people invited, then after they were told they cleaned out their/my desks and left.
I think generally companies don't like people hanging around afterwards, in the event they could sabotage something...... I know a previous employee that stole some hardware on the way out the door.

In the past, you got told on June 1st that you will be separated on June 30th, so you get a full month to find a new home at Oracle.
Why does it have to be 1, 2 and not 15, 30 or july?

there was no predicting from past behavior, why stress yourself out?

It's not fake news. It's real and Oracle should have done this a long time ago. Metrics are bogus, the better liars will always win at Oracle. Best to all who are still employed.
