Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Oracle needs to watch and learn

If you see how these successful companies treat their employees, you stop wondering why they are so successful, why their stocks are skyrocketing while Oracle has not been going anywhere.

Hint, their Sr. management is not greedy, they do not s--- all the raises and bonuses for themselves and leave their employees near poverty.

The bigger question is then, how did Oracle make it to 26? Maybe we should not trust these fake lists anymore.

A senior developer at Amazon receives $50k+ bonus and stock option annually. How much bonus does a senior developer get in Oracle? $0.

LE has no clue about how to manage a company and all he's doing is hiring likeminded idiots. I mean, who else would have hired MH after he got fired from HP? Nobody, absolutely nobody, except for dingbat LE who thinks MH is a genius, and said so on a WSJ editorial. Go figure
