Integrity and respect has gone out the window. Leadership treats people badlythat morale is low and everybody's looking for a job elsewhere.

Yeah guys don't resort to alcohol and weed to deal with the crushing anxiety of unpredictable management and uncertain job future. Mother Enbridge wants you to just seek out those dank perception meds from your doctor/dealer and soldier on! Jesus if HR need to actively be on here then they have lost the battle of stinging along employees with hope while riping away everything to save a few cents. Get it together OP.
