Lot of people complaining about bias towards 50+, In DCG - 4 university grads (joined this spring) with an heap of student debt were shown the door. Its such a shame for any company to fire new young talent. They had no clue what had hit them. If you are reading this post, stop working long hours for cisco and invest in joing a growing and caring company.

be very careful, in order for not to have any evidence of discrimation, there were secret reqs opened up and disappear from the system in a flash and then few secret calls got made to these "they want to retain" type of people, (only mobile calls and no evidence), some let go will be offered jobs back..
IMHO, this is the best thing that could occur for those 4 university grads. In my team, a talented Ivy League grad soon figured this out and left immediately. Why do they want to stick around...
boo-hoo 4 grads were let go. 26000+ were let go in total so far by cisco...I think 4 grads can handle it.
