The truth is that "management" will do anything to preserve themselves no matter how ridiculous it is. Not saying this is an easy thing to do but somehow you guys need to be like alternative media and push back, especially those who deal with customers and bear the burden of their stupidity.
You all make it easy for management to be slobs when there isn't any resistance from other parts of the business. Theres no leadership, just a bunch of overpaid shells Looking to make friends and avoid competition at all costs.
