I'm aware that employees are really pissed off due to lack of budget to hire resources given some bad measurements when in sourcing 3rd party team.
Attrition level will be like a rocket to moon this year
So many rumours were floating around. most of the people were saying that many people will be laid off , this month itself , but nothing happened .

The recent trend has been to be very conservative with the ratings which results in a higher percentage of folks getting Unsatisfactory ratings.
And then folks with Unsatisfactory ratings are fired with No Severance. This way the company saves on the Severance.
It makes sense but this policy is not applied to the executives. A good example is the CPTO who will collect pay checks for a year doing nothing and not even turning up for work
Oh yes there are ratings for mid year, at least there were last year. Partially Successful got people from the Copa project the boot, plus others.
There are no ratings during the mid year review process. Also, please stop throwing random dates around without a freaking care in the world. This page is supposed to offer valuable insight, not spread panic. Unless someone is actively trying to discredit this site, I can't see why people would keep toying with their colleagues' peace of mind.
If you're not rated at least successful, you'll be laid off.
