My heart goes out to all of those that wanted to make it into Hilcorp or one of the other options tbey offered but were not chosen. However it is not theur fault we are in this cluster it is c.o.p they messed us all over. I do think though even with paycuts that this is going to be avery good thing we just have to start fresh and leave all the c.o.p drama and hurt feelings behind give the whole experience a true shot.

Those that are offered jobs with Hilcorp and have a reduction in pay have some options! (1) Be happy you that opportunity to continue being employed. (2) take the offer and be disgruntled and slack off doing your work then be terminated (3) take the offer then proceed to find another employer will to pay more that Hilcorp's offer. (4) Don't take the offer and be released!

I am very optimistic that I will win the lotto, so that is the reason I buy one ticket on Texas Lotto, Power Ball and Mega Millions twice a week! If not, then I'd just buy a beer as I know for certain that I will get a cold beer.
