Nike and converse are not loyal to their employees.
Converses also laying off employees. They are just doing it slowly and trying not to call attention to it.
It doesn't matter how long you work for the company 15, 20, 30 years, employee dedication means nothing to you Nike or converse.
Employees are treated like common criminals when they are laid off. Given 30 minutes to clean out their desk and leave, mostly so it's not distracting to those employees who haven't lost their jobs yet.
