Yes, Nag's and his ilk has really messed this one up. They are all scrambling around like a bunch of rats pointing fingers at everyone but the ones who are responsible for this s-show.
Heads are going to roll, but unfortunately it will be the wrong heads. Upper management knows that this is the best job they will ever have and will do anything to keep it.
In the meantime all the poor lemmings are looking for a different job.
But our reputation is so poor in the industry, nobody wants us.

Put a fork in it, Landmark is done. If Lesar would have acted a year or two ago and ran off this poor management team, we may have had a chance. But that ship has sailed.
Currently we are spending all of our time trying to put out fires at all our major clients sites and not even looking at any new development for the foreseeable future.
And on top of it all, upper management just sent out a list of 5 talking points of things we can say when we are on a site visit. It's all lies, but they want us telling the same lies apparently.
I have never seen anything like this in over 20 years with this company!
