OP, I say this with no sarcasm whatsoever: if you're self-aware enough to have identified that you feel burned out, plan your exit. Staying, and feeling your soul die one day at a time, is not worth it. Been there, done that, burned the Cisco T-shirt.

@NFf4bti-2gyi You are missing the point. You see if you stay in a job you hate you get to whinge about it and maybe even blame the bloke that gave you the job. Better still you can blame the CEO. Its far more fun than actually taking control of your own career.
Another bonus is that if anyone suggests you do stop whinging you can always accuse that person of being "leadership ready" or better still make some sort of s-xual reference. How cool is that!
Oh so what you are saying is that it's best to have a sh!!!ty job and moan about it rather than take control of your life and go do something you enjoy. I didn't realise that. When I've been in a job I've hated I've always tried to get a better one. Thank God I found out I should be wallowing in self pity and be blaming everyone else for my troubles. I was in danger of having a happy life. Thank you.
These are clearly fake posts to deflect attention away from the next layoff.

Oh get a sense of humour. This bloke thinks his job is sh!!!ty. What does he want? Chucky to sprinkle his desk with roses and tuck him in at night? If you don't like your job go get a better one. Don't moan about it.
...leave.
This is the best advice you'll ever get from a Cisco employee.
Oh Lordy I need to change my pants now.
I certify you leadership ready. For the rest of you who don't want to follow people like this with a shovel and a bucket, leave.
"4 years of under and 2 of grad and all I got is this sh!!!!!ty j o b. Thanks Chuck" I almost wet myself when I read that.
Sounds like you took the only job you were offered after 6 years of study. If you hate it so much get up and leave. In fact, why did you take the job at all? Are you incapable of getting another job.
Dont blame Chuck if you hate your job. Do something about it you tw*t.
Oh a dribble popped out. Oh Lordy I need to change my pants now. Too funny.
4 years of under and 2 of grad and all I got is this sh!!!!!ty j o b. Thanks Chuck
