I got the packet, signed it and mailed it out. Later, after I mailed the signed papers, I forgot to put the other pages of the agreement in the envelope. I have received the run around about what to do. No one has answers or know who to call. Hopefully here someone might know. I don't want to not get my severance pay.

You can call 479 204 4316 and talk to Claire. We just spoke to her this morning. We also only send the Release and separation agreement . She told us what to do.
