Head count is going down and down. 90% of BlueKai has left. If people haven't left, most are already preparing their exit strategy as the company is extremely toxic to work for.
Yes the problem is all the jobs are going to Romania and India.

There is also LEC for the acquired companies. LEC usually takes months.

College kids hired for Oracle Digital. You can do 2 OD college kids for 1 field rep, (2 for 1 replacement) and still reduce costs.
