Make yourself familiar with your VP/SVP org on Aria. It will tell you their total reports. If you track this regularly you can see any trends. Also if a particular eng organization is significantly hit like Systems then it is almost a foregone conclusion there will be an associated reduction in the field some point soon. AS has apparently been seen.

Someone should post the numbers for the SVPs each week, that would at least be some way of tracking the progress, since there are no formal announcements from Oracle.
