So what is the over under on when the DENVER office will be closed?

I was told it would just be the office in Denver. Greeley would be operating as normal.
Little bird told me they have new hires coming in every week at Greeley...

Hopefully Noble will sell their Colorado properties, close their Denver office, and get their sorry act out of Colorado for good.

I'd be shocked if they shut down the entire office. Especially since the guy who started Patina is on Noble's Board.
I was told it will bw announced in about a month , completed by the end of Q4 .
