So absent announcement from oracle it looks like the layoffs were as follows: (1) Q1&2: 5,000 people, (2) Q3&4: 3,800 people, (3) June 1: 2,500 people. This bring the total for the year to almost 12,000

Oracle Marketing Cloud, Customer Success staff are being notified today. A lot of closed door meetings happening. We are unsure of how many are being impacted. Messaging from my manager "excessive amount of employees". I was one of the last hired, so I am first fired.
More layoffs taking place today. Happening now.
Got a call form someone who just got the call they are toast. Its Customer Success (aka Customer Service) and theirs is a re-org/re-alignment.
Make yourself familiar with your VP/SVP org on Aria. It will tell you their total reports. If you track this regularly you can see any trends. Also if a particular eng organization is significantly hit like Systems then it is almost a foregone conclusion there will be an associated reduction in the field some point soon. AS has apparently been seen.
