Sabresonic Help Desk customer service is disastrous, at the end of the Day a lot of customers will leave Sabre.-In addition to this Development does not provide timely updates raising customer dissatisfaction, also the Management doed not have a clue about What needs to be done.

WHY is a so called customer even commenting on a layoff site? How did you even know about it? HMMMM very interesting.... If you worked for me and spent your daily hours snooping around on the internet then you would be fired. Not laid off. FYI the layoffs are not due to employees performance~ you imbecile. It is all about management failure. If they had not laid off the employees that actually know the product ..there would be no outages.

I agree with this post. As a customer of Sabre it's ridiculous lately the coverage that the community receives from the helpdesk. Get your crap together, airlines are paying large sums of money to Sabre with a sub-par support model. What good is the helpdesk lately? Speaking of lately.. what's going with all these outages lately? You would think after the 1st, 2nd or 3rd outage you would have it together. Figure it out!

Also, if you're an employee and you're reading this during work hours. Shame on you. This site should be blocked within the Sabre network and anyone that accesses it should receive ONLY ONE WARNING. You're part of the problem and probably should get laid off. If you're so afraid of getting laid off and more concerned about the rumors and gossip than you are with solving problems. LEAVE.. do everyone that will be left a favor. Update your resume, apply for another job and leave Sabre. Maybe they'll be better without you and you'll be better without them.. A WIN-WIN.

Lots of talk of innovation, lots of talk of change.. Don't talk about change.. CHANGE. Start with the helpdesk. I doubt that nothing will change.. However, I challenge those that care to do something about it. Share this post and fix it for the customers that depend on Sabre for their business... If Not, others will. Good Luck.

APAC Airline Solutions Vice President told AD's and CSP's layoffs are coming in staff meeting. Customers upset with outages and Helpdesk support. Many scared and looking to leave before kicked out. Same here in my region
