Oracle's Board of Directors beyond useless

Have any of you ever look at who sits on the oracle BoD or thought about what if anything they do.

What board in its rigt mind would have hired MH? Approved having 2 CEOs? Approved the kind of comp packages the theee stooges are getting? Put up with this lousy customer feedback? Etc, etc, etc

These people are useless and lack braid and independence. A bunch of rubber stamping rubber duckies sitting around the table at BoD meetings. They have no clue about what's going on at the company and don't care

Couldn't have happened to a nicer group of people. Hope they get royally F:ed!

Oracle and the BoD has now been sued by a pension fund for channeling oracle cash to LE by overpaying for NetSuite where LE was a major shareholder. Key argument in law suit: BoD not independent and ineffective. Amen!

The too late and now mad dash transition to the cloud is what you get when one person make all the important decisions and all the sheep on the BoD just get paid to go along with it

It serves all the purpose in the world, allowing LE to run a public company like a private company, making all the decision himself while hiding behind the veneer of a Board. Brilliant

Lame duck board, serves absolutely no purpose

An LE rubber stamp, he appoints them, they make the decisions he wants and get paid for rubber stamping. Great gig if you can get it
