Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Its ok, they will continue to layoff people, yet the Directors and above will get their fat bonus and Var checks. Not sure why when people were told they were doing away with VAR's and stock options, more people didnt go crazy that they were kept at some levels but not all. They have changed the bonus structures and Titles on people and they give a 80% modifier this year for an STI??? Really..... oh wait will change all of the consultants to an Analyst title and then sell them a load of crap how they can make up difference in overtime, and then after change is done, tell them No OT, not approved... and still get away with this.... Why on earth every work group is not trying to get a union in is beyond me... love to talk to people in all org's, call centers, training, IT, network, Mgmt. and hear same thing... just waiting for my package, don't want to leave until i get it..
