Redundancies every year, no pay rise, expected to take high workload, no training, home working stopped, moral.poor,

The people remaining are either a special class of folks, insiders, arse kissers, idiots, desperate, back stabbers. Glad i was let go. it wa the best thing that ever happend to me. Now i can live my life. When desperation spreads throughout a society, you literally do not know who you can trust. Right now identity theft in the United States is at epidemic levels and it is getting worse and the country is in decline. People are looking out for themselves and not the very essence of society Every time you give someone information or attempt to trust them the negative impact of that decision will come back to sting you. Be prepared as you enter the world of the unknown with DXC. At least you knew where you stood at HPE....at the bottom. .
75% of ALL jobs will be eliminated....wait and see
What does this post have to do with ROBOT's? All computer jobs replaced workers so Robots is no deferent.
On the matter with this POST "Redundancies every year, no pay rise, expected to take high workload, no training, home working stopped, moral.poor,"
YEP and there is nothing we can do about it!
You all in the UK have it easy "3 month resettlement package " we have nothing like that in the US. It's good-bye and were on our own
Six jobs eliminated for every ROBOT DEPLOYED....http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-4361808/Six-jobs-eliminated-robot-workforce.html
As a UK employee who is leaving HPE today I started my 3 month resettlement package with LHH Penna yesterday. I was very impressed both by the lady who will mentor me and by the resources available.
I cannot help but be struck by the irony that HPE (soon to be DXC) are investing far more in helping me find a job with another employer than they ever put into helping me develop my skills and potential while I worked for them.
Good luck to all those transitioning to DXC. I cannot be sad that I won't be joining you.
