Many at the local call center have also herd April 6th speculation and are concerned
After 4Q16 retail results the writing was on the wall. I had a chance of going into retail management after a call center lay off and I'm relieved I didn't because it's clear there's going to be a huge RIF in that channel. I've heard April 6th mentioned a few places here but I have no concrete facts on that.
