Original offer was either (1) $13+B for Canada or (2) $5B for Canada but they had to take RL, MF, AH, DW, JK and rest of ELT

Those of us that know them will miss them dearly, they are all very nice people! Their only fault is that their oil and gas wells are mature assets with all the problems normally listed for such, corrosion, scaling, increased water, depleted pressure and production and lots of plugging liability. Oil sands is more like a manufacturing process and not really suited for an E&P company. The money will be used well, keep your stock it is sure to climb in the near future.
