Those people aren't going anywhere they wish they were being retained, wish! Probably on their knees looking for open spots in TX but in reality they have already tried to save who they wish to save. Ask around? If you did not already get a call that said we need you (insert lame state) then guess what you stay! Noone self included are half as important as we think we are
They need to hurry up! No one cares about COP anymore the trust/loyalty is broken. Wht the TRIR is skyrocketing, why production is down... Morale in the people is gone with their faith in RL
