Is the campus upset with a notable lack of service compared to the golden years? What techniques have you used to create positive change with zero budget and very limited resources?

You said appreciated by corporate. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Folks you need to realize that you are two numbers to Follett: A salary and an employee ID number. Faster you figure that out the quicker you will realize you need to find employment elsewhere and stop wasting precious minutes of your life working for those clowns. Follett of 5+ years back was a great place to work for but ever since the whole MLS debacle and DG and CW put foot in that building any culture the place had died. RG just doesn't seem to know what he is doing or wants the company to be. A mess...
My store has ony 3 employees, Lord forbid someone needs a day off.I have great staff, just wish everyone was appreciated by corporate.
Follett used to be made up of great employees like you, but then they decided the family dividend was more important than the students. So Sad.
Sounds like you care about the students which is great. I am as well. My advice is to do what I did and shift to a job on campus. I just made friends with the decision makers and had an in when a full time position opened. Much better life!
It s---s because I am so committed to the campus I serve. No one cares about Follett and they certainly don't care about us. The downfall is that the campus sees us as merely a contractor so no help there, either. What an exercise in masochism! The students are the main priority and I feel they get lost in the corporate outsourced mess.
