If half of the department out and it is still function smoothly, that prove the cut is correct.
I don't know what's worse. November 2015 being completely blindsided as half my dept was walked out the door like criminals OR hanging out in a state of anxiety day after day week after week. Is there a right way to do it?? I just want it over.
