You can't go off of "HR" booking conference rooms. Instead of booking them themselves they'll have people who have CA agreements signed book the rooms for them. You're better off looking at conference rooms and trying to pull up the details that show who's attending.
enbridge had 11000 while spectra had 6000 staff and the total combined asset is 53% from enbridge and 47% from spectra.
from the numbers there will be more cuts n enbridge
Great tip! Checked conference rooms in my field location and Wednesday is the day.
Easy to spot the layoff days. Look for meeting rooms all taken over and booked up by hr.
