It is interesting that one of the key elements in FLSA suits is Not Allowing To Document Overtime. That's Humana. No meetings can be documented. No education. No various other office duties. This isn't one or two people. This is across the Board. I wonder how many unpaid overtime hours and how many overtime office tasks that were not documented would add up to if one were to calculate since this is Humana's norm.
