Lol given the last 2 years we've gone through in this sh--boat of a company, you're actually asking what good unions are??
Having never worked for a union, and being fairly successful without them, maybe you can explain the benefit they bring? Unions were great in the early 1900's in getting workers the safety, wage and general job security that all Americans enjoy today, but what are they good for now? Being an outsider, all I see is another level of cost and bureaucracy added. I'm speaking generally, not industry specific. (Not an HR rep, just a general worker who may be gone next week)

Like coming out and saying which department you're in, and exactly how much bonus you'll get if you can say you busted the union?
I guess that would be more obvious, but outside that, you did a good job of busting yourself. No wonder Enbridge is going down, with a braintrust as loopy as this guy.
