Regus is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative in their Kenwood location. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with weekends, paid holidays off, full benefits and a great working environment. To apply please click the link below to apply:

  • Managing meeting room booking system

  • Preparing offices for move-in/ move-outs

  • Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues, set up and queries

  • Resetting Meeting Rooms to accommodate bookings

  • Administrative tasks- delivering their mail, answering their phones, sending their packages, ordering their office supplies,

  • Procurement

  • Demonstrate ownership of the centre to ensure the centre is ‘show ready’ at all times-

  • Ensure continual upkeep and standards of business centre to include offices, meeting rooms and communal areas

  • Contributes to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities to promote Regus products and services

  • Duties may vary depending on centre needs

  • Effective and professional communication skills in both local language and English (written and oral)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further programmes to assist in the day to day centre operations

This looks like it was posted by a troll....comparing our jobs with booking meeting rooms...really? Maybe it was one of the big wigs thinking that is what our job is like, so simple a high schooler could do it. I don't think talking with elderly folks with multiple chronic conditions, limited support systems, and lack of knowledge about their own health, treatment, and benefits is simple. I'm mad, sad and very disappointed with Humana. I'm one of the social workers who is now expected to be a nurse, Long hours, no breaks and care plans from hell due to outdated software. I fear I am operating outside my license. But no one cares. A new job is in my near future.

Sad fact in looking for another job...Humana paid higher salaries than most other places....think I have to adjust my financial reality to what's out there with my background and degree.

You realize we are all coming from jobs that paid 45 and up... 12 dollar an hour customer service won't pay the bills
