When asked about the high metrics and free overtime everyone is doing they blamed us for it.

Do you think the execs or even the leads or coaches care? As long as we all got our numbers they get their bonus. And if we don't they replace us. I go to work and do just enough to not get fired but gone are the days where I went above and beyond bc that only goes towards my front line lead's bonus and doesn't affect me at all and since they don't care about me I also don't care about them.

Exactly! If you're working more than 40 hours a week consistently, talk with your Coach. Yeah, would this be the same Coach that demands 10 contacts a day? The Coach that says you can't leave until you get that 10 contacts a day? They are insulting our intelligence in every way possible!
