Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Enrich Software-Grrrrr

Did anyone see that we can now use Enrich Software for Financial Planning? Humana has identified financial insecurity among associates and this is their solution? Assuming we are too stupid to manage money? Here's a thought Humana: Maybe our financial insecurity concern comes from the fact that we are underpaid and under constant threat of layoffs. Who could make a $45,000 a year salary support a family? Again I feel totally insulted and feel that Humana treats us like we are the stupidist people alive. Just like they treat members. P.S. BB gets $19,326 in financial planning assistance. Is he too good for Enrich?

It's a distraction from Humana having to deal with the real issues.

Bill Maher reminded us a few months back that 50 years ago, the largest employer was General Motors, where workers earned an equivalent of $50 per hour (in today’s money). Today, the largest employer — Walmart — pays around $8 per hour.
