$400m cash gap and 3 miserable quarters ahead. Rumors persist about a restructure and significant changes. Behaviors are at their worst with too many senior leaders and too few worker bees. Time for a major change and maybe it will come in a take-over. Will Exxon bite? Most secretly and not so secretly hope so. Who is hearing more than rumors????

Exactly. Employees are sharing horror stories of how managers treated them as they were trying to exit their homes in the middle of the Houston flood. Too bad that only a natural disaster can show how bad their middle managers treat people. If people speak up they get fired. BP thinks that a few cans of food and paying for hotels makes them a great company. That's only cents to the dollar. Somehow they would not be able to operate or recruit people in such short notice.
STOP the rumors and go back to work!!!! -CEO-

I don't think BP will be sold.
Exxon will buy BP. Let's see.
It's interesting ....... when the price of oil recovers a little and then the senior leaders start to spend money on things that don't create value
Best thing to happen would be for a buyout and then a major clean up of management. Bad environment makes bad management into terrible management.
