I bet productity this week will go down. Let's keep our morale high! This week is also a good time to do some housecleaning. So clean up your personal things and keep company's business records organized.

They got one thing right, pack up all of your personal items and get them ready to go or take them home, clean out all of your personal information on your computer copy all of your contact information grab office supplies that you might need. If you are let go they will monitor all information that is packed and you will have limited access or no access to your computer or phone.
I'm telling myself this is a troll.
We know our leadership is disconnected and they always have been. But even those dolts have to look around at this point and recognize that it's not just a few disgruntled workers posting on the internet.
Look around. Even your most enthusiastic and positive foot soldiers are looking for packages.
We know you guys are just doing what your multi million dollar consultants told you to do, but maybe it's time to lay them off too. This is more than just a few bad apples that need to be turned or harvested. You have a full-blown actively disengaged workforce.
Remember: as Enbridge employees we've been trained for years to lie our asses off to make you tyrants happy. Only way to prosper in this company. Just because everyone is telling you that you're doing a great job to your face doesn't mean that it's true.
I really hope that whoever wrote about a positive and productive week is being sarcastic. Such comments aren't helpful, encouraging or uplifting but rather are unrealistic, insensitive, demoralizing and downright belittling to those potentially impacted.

You guys are so funny talking about loyalty.
Productivity has been down for months and it's not going back up for a long time. Morale will continue to be low since the people that are left just saw their friends get laid off. There will not be any loyalty left for the company. People will leave in droves as soon as they find out if they got a package. I wouldn't want to left at this company. Anywhere will be better.
Is this a joke? I assume this is sarcasm.
